SEPTEMBER 28th LIFETIME NETWORK

Inspired by the true story of a high school aged social media influencer who’s stalker showed up on her doorstep with a gun after she had blocked him online. 17-year-old Benri’s (Gregg) life seems perfect: she’s popular, heading to NYU in the fall, and a burgeoning social media influencer. But, behind her perfect seeming facade, Berni’s life is a mess: her best friend is betraying her, she’s struggling to gain anymore followers, and her boyfriend Zack dumps her. Heartbroken, Berni starts up a friendship with Mason, one of her online fans, and agrees to sell him private “fan photos.”

After Berni and Zack get back together, Berni tries to break things off with Mason and things turn deadly. Mason shows up on Berni’s doorstep with a gun, ready to kill her; a fight ensues and Berni’s mom Leah (Thorne-Smith) shoots Mason dead. The movie premieres Saturday, September 28th at 8pm/7pm Central Time.

Hailing from Los Angeles, California and growing up in the entertainment industry, her mother is actress Jennifer Grey (Dirty Dancing) and her father is actor Clark Gregg (Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD) and grandfather was iconic actor Joel Grey, Stella caught the acting bug early. She began with showcasing her acting talents in community theatre productions of "Into the Woods," "West Side Story" and "Heathers: The Musical.”

At the age of 15, Stella wrote and directed a play that was selected for the Young Playwrights in Action Festival. Stella's commitment to refining her craft is evident from her extensive training at prestigious institutions such as Second City Improv, Atlantic School and The Groundlings Theatre. Additionally, her diverse training also extends to the world of dance with experience at the prestigious Joffrey Ballet.
